MVM, INC. APPOINTS ROBERT MATTHEWS AS VICE PRESIDENT OF DETENTION &
LAW ENFORCEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Vienna, VA – August 8, 2007 - - MVM, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert L. Matthews, former Assistant Director of Federal Bureau of Prisons, as its new Vice President of Detention and Law Enforcement Support Services. According to MVM Chairman and CEO, Dario Marquez, MVM, Inc. plans to expand its worldwide operations under Mr. Matthews’ guidance and leadership.

“Bob’s vast career experience in Detention and Law Enforcement is unique and MVM is proud to have his support in our ventures,” said Marquez. “As we continue to expand our services in detention and law enforcement industries, we are pleased to have him navigate the way.”  

In his newly established position with MVM, Matthews will oversee all operational aspects of MVM's contracts with Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), United States Marshal Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation Services (JPATS), and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Matthews will also focus on MVM’s continuous growth in the transportation and detention services arenas, specifically as the company transitions into a full-service provider.

Before joining MVM, Matthews served as Senior Vice President for the Adult Division of the Correctional Services Corporation (CSC) following his tenure with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he served as Assistant Director, Regional Director and Warden of both the U.S. Penitentiary Leavenworth and Atlanta. Matthews also served as U.S. Marshal for the District of Columbia.
