Robert L. Matthews
Vice President, Detention and Law Enforcement Support Services
Mr. Matthews is a 28-year veteran of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where he served in various positions including Assistant Director, Regional Director, and Warden of both the U.S. Penitentiary Leavenworth and Atlanta. He also served as U.S. Marshal for the District of Columbia. Prior to joining MVM, Mr. Matthews was Senior Vice President for the Adult Division of the Correctional Services Corporation (CSC). He holds a Master’s Degree in Criminology from Indiana State University, and has attended Leadership Training courses at both the Wharton and Princeton School of Management.
