Paul Maltagliati, Vice President Federal Security Services, joined MVM in 2010 after serving 25 years with the Fairfax County, Virginia, Sheriff’s Department, most recently as Chief Deputy Sheriff. His responsibilities included Adult Detention Center Operations, Alternatives to Incarceration, Judicial Security Administration, Training, Human Resources and Budget. As the Chief Deputy Sheriff, he led daily operations of the Sheriff’s Department – managing a $58M budget and 600 person staff – conducting executive-level management activities in areas including correctional services, community corrections, court services, and administration.
