In 1986, MVM was awarded a contract by the Department of State to supply Cleared American Guards (CAG) to U.S. embassies throughout the world. By the time MVM completed its work with the State Department CAG program in 1997 more than 700 MVM employees had served in 85 countries around the world. Since then, MVM has provided services to an extensive list of government agencies, including: U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Marshals Service, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Bureau of Prisons, FEMA, Federal Protective Service, National Institutes of Health, Smithsonian Institution, and a host of other government agencies.
