Dario O. Marquez, Jr.
President, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Dario O. Marquez, Jr., began his law enforcement career in the Presidential Detail and Counterfeiting divisions of the U.S. Secret Service, serving with commendation under the Nixon, Ford, and Carter Administrations. He co-founded MVM, Inc. in 1979, and has served as its Chief Executive Officer for over 30 years. Named one of the “100 Most Influential Hispanics in America” by Hispanic Business Magazine, Mr. Marquez is a former Chairman of the Hispanic College Fund and has been an active supporter of the Hispanic Youth Foundation. Currently, Mr. Marquez serves on the Virginia Secure Commonwealth Panel and the Virginia Commission on Military and National Security Facilities. Mr. Marquez has provided expert testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Terrorism and has appeared as an industry commentator in both television and print media.
Kevin P. Marquez
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Interim Director of Detention and Corrections Management
Kevin Marquez officially joined MVM, Inc. in 2007 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with degrees in Economics and Psychology and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management.
Louie T. McKinney
Senior Vice President of Detention and Corrections Management
Louie T. McKinney is the first person in the history of the U.S. Marshals to rise through the ranks from Deputy Marshal to Acting Director. During his career, he was thrice appointed Marshal to the U.S. Virgin Islands and was Chief of the Enforcement Division for the Marshals Service headquarters. A three-time Presidential Appointee, Mr. McKinney has served in various other law enforcement capacities including FBI Consultant, Special Agent with the CIA, and Chief Inspector of INTERPOL. He joined MVM in 2001.
Vice President Professional Services
Maria Campos has over 20 years of experience managing nationwide and international linguist and intelligence support operations. Ms. Campos successfully managed her own company prior to joining MVM in 2006. She has been an integral part of the development and evolution of intelligence driven law enforcement investigations and is a recognized expert in Southwest border issues.
Director of Security Services
Greg Wholean joined MVM in 2005 after a distinguished career in the U.S. Army. As the Project Manager for one of MVM's largest security contracts, Mr. Wholean's leadership, teamwork, and security expertise contributed significantly to MVM's success. In his current role leading the Security Services division, Mr. Wholean is committed to continuing the high quality, responsive service that has made MVM a leader in the security field.
