Since its founding in 1979, MVM has continuously evolved and expanded to provide a host of customer-centered solutions. Currently, MVM employs over 3500 personnel across the United States and in multiple countries around the world. Despite this tremendous growth, however, MVM has been able to preserve the core values, vision and mission of the original founders.
Values. MVM was founded by former Federal Law Enforcement agents and maintains an uncompromising insistence on integrity and ethical practices. We continuously strive to maintain organizational transparency and operate in full compliance with U.S. and host-country laws, contractual provisions, and ethical business practices.
Vision. The vision of the founders of MVM was to create a company that was respected for its integrity, known for its commitment once accepting a task, and differentiated from its competitors by its resourcefulness. That vision remains the same today.
Mission. The essence MVM’s mission is encapsulated in three words: Service, Support, Success. Our goal is simple: Provide the best service to our customers by internalizing their mission and being responsive to their needs; Support and respect our personnel; and Enter into relationships with our clients and our employees that ensures success for all.
